First Financial Credit Union, headquartered in West Covina, California, participated in the “YMCA Stair Climb to the Top” charity event in downtown Los Angeles on September 22.

“We have participated in this terrific event for over 10 years,” stated Carlton Musmann, President/CEO. “It is a tough undertaking; however, our First Financial team is always eager and willing to take the challenge.”

This year, Board and staff members each had to ascend the 75 stories of the US Bank Tower building, reported to be the tallest building west of the Mississippi River. The 75 stories consisted of 1,500 stairs.

First Financial has 10 branches in Southern California, serving Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, the Inland Empire, and the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys. Membership is open to the California educational community, college students enrolled in an accredited California college/university and active alumni, and their family members.
