At the time the Russell was trading at 971 and we disagreed with that assessment. With the Russell now at 1,350, however, we do think that it is now in a highly concerning bubble. In particular, our view is that small cap firms in the Russell 2000 are currently more overvalued than in 1999. 

The Russell is the leading force of the current bull market and will lead the eventual death of the bull market.
